1. Bison on the edge of the road

2. Elk on the road leading to West Yellowstone. This road is the best for elk.

3. This bull elk was actually in Rocky Mountain National Park. He was hard to get due to the light. I'm sure different settings may have helped, but I learned. Hard to tell but it was almost dark so the image is noisier than I would have liked. He was there 2 nights in a row.

Interesting set. We see elk in the Smokies, but Bison have yet to be introduced.
