More medication themed photography

Never been interested in the stuff. Just like most of the Dutchies.
Since it is almost legal, there is no "forbidden fruit" to explore I guess.

Whereabouts in the Netherlands are you? Any chance you can take some street photos and post them here? Beautiful country...

I live in the east, in a smaller city called Zutphen.
40.000 people, and very old.

Lmao, shows you how straight edge I am....I thought those were flowers off of a tree. I like the lighting though

The smaller portion of bud on the right, especially with the stem showing, distracts my eye from the otherwise graceful form of the main (left) specimen. That said, the smaller, right-side bud shows some nice purple vein structure in one of the leaves.

Also, I'm not sure how this would be accomplished, but something that would set off the resin a bit, giving it some glisten, or sparkle (specular highlights) could look really dramatic...perhaps a bare (non-diffused) speed light or even some aggressive sharpening in post.

I'll have to give that a try with the bare speedlite. I'll post if I come up with anything worth noting.
