Up until now the largest item I've cooked in my sun oven has been a 5 pound roast. Today, in the winter in the snow I'm going for a 10 pound turkey. It better not cloud over!

It's going to be close, but I believe I'm going to make it. It's 2:00pm now. Thermometer in turkey now reads 145 degrees F. I need to get it to 175 degrees F. Interior temp of the oven is holding around 290 degrees F.
