Most Prestigious Photography Schools in Paris?

Hello, my cousin is looking for the best Photography School in Paris, he is interested in Portrait and Fashion Photography. Price is not an issue, any advice? Thanks. Not the Goblins please, it's ridiculous they expect applicants to have a full portfolio and a 2 year degree in either a BA or another university degree.

Since cost is not an issue, he should come to America and go to the Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, California.

It's interesting that prestigious seems more important than effective.

He isn't allowed to go anywhere outside europe, his father is a Politician and won't let him out of Sweden unless he goes to a school in Europe.
