This morning I woke up feeling REDICULOUSLY dehydrated!

What should I have to drink to fix this situation?

water always helps when your dehydrated, and a day off work

A day off work would be great, but i work nights, for my mother, in the pub downstairs...its a bit hard to hide upstairs all day and pretend im THAT dehydrated and sick enough for a day off...but thanks for the advice..I had some Iced Tea
