The single weight matboard is a hard (cardboard) backing on the print. I get it on my 8x10 and 8x12 prints. I think the double the thickness on prints starting at 16x20

I just ordered from Mpix last night. I wish I would of read this thread earlier. I like using Mpix because I like the luster coating on the photos.
