Just go to share (on Flickr) then grab the HTML/bbcode - make sure it's the bbcode - copy and paste here. I would've done it for you but I'm on my phone!

Aye, but making sure that you get it to work by doing it yourself means that I know you've got it working right
The insert image control is a bit daft and you need to untick the "source file locally" tickbox.
Or follow the guide and put manual [ img ] tags around the direct image link
