Out visiting my sister in Portland last week. Rained the whole time I was there. Managed to get this shot, but had water on my lens in the upper left hand corner. Not sure what to do about that. 3 exposures tone mapped in Photomatix, tweaked in Photoshop and Warmed up in Topaz.

Nice.. but the blown out splash at the bottom of the falls... draws my eye to it. Just too bright! (I am on a calibrated monitor, also... )

Id like to see that shot with a wide angle lens. Or a vertical panorama of 2 or 3 shots. Beautiful view.

You're right, it is blown out. I can fix that.

Maybe Rotanimod will get that wide shot today. 17 mm is the widest I have, and that's not to wide on my 450D. Boy, I really need to get a wide lens!
