Musicians who dabble in Photography

I know that Bryan Adams does (of course), I also know that Nick Zinner (Yeah Yeah Yeahs) has some stuff in recent galleries, anyone else have any musicians that they like who also shoot??

 

dno if it counts but didnt one of the members of the rolling stones take polaroids of the crowds from his shows

 

The first two who come to mind are David Byrne and Lynn Goldsmith (aka Will Powers).

lol, interesting post. I like Yeah Yeah Yeah (played Fever to Tell earlier) and David Byrne (also been told a few tracks i've put together sounds like his style).

Can't think of any more off the top of my head, a few that dabble with paintings etc yeah, but not photography.

I haven't read the book but NPR gave it good reviews.

 

just thought of another one, Linda McCartney, her photos were wonderful, and such candid shots of an extremely popular and influencial band.

 

I heard that Trent Reznor took all of the photos for the cover of The Downward Spiral, and all of its offspring.

 

Seal shoots with a Leica M8, though I dont think I've ever heard any of his songs, so i couldnt say I like his music. He also sometimes posts on a well-known internet photography forum.
