My Best Friend & Her Horse

Hey everyone! I'm very new to photography(< 2 months behind this camera, very limited time to actually shoot) and this is actually my first post on this forum. I figured I'd just jump right in and most some of my latest shots. :] My best friend has a gorgeous horse so I decided that a photoshoot with him was in order! I'm not in love with the pictures but I feel like I'm making some pretty good progress. Any helpful criticism/critique is greatly appreciated! :] These were shot with my Canon T3 and the basic 18-55mm kit lens.
