2014 was a rough year for my pup CinCin. She was diagnosed with Diabetes a year ago and is having a hard time maintaining regulated sugar levels. She has been limping on the front leg for two years and the vets cannot give us any answers as to why. Xrays, specialists, the works, no answers. Last year the right rear ACL tore and this past Dec the left. With her age and other medical conditions we are all hesitant to jump to surgery as the tears are not very loose and may tighten up over time. The right did and we are hoping the left will too. She is 10 and the surgery in her condition may be dangerous according to the vets.
Still she is a happy girl and we will give her all the love and help we can. We go to the vets on Tues for a discussion on next steps.
But she loves her snow and loves to lay in snow piles or snow surf down the piles. Not a lot this year but today she found a small pile where I plowed this morning while preparing the turn around areas for the expected storm this weekend.
