I think it's adorable and fun. What was the focal length? You can really accentuate this with a wide angle or even a fisheye lens.

But if the subject is THE NOSE, why would you want to focus on the eyes?

The idea was a fun picture on a different setup...
I was using a prime 28mm at f2.0 ISO-320.
