The last one has great eyes, but I'd love to also see the ears.
#3 is landscape orientation, or portrait? It is blury (the cat's motion maybe) however as the 2 first.
From the above collection the last one I like but you should show more of the cat's head.

#3 is landscape orientation, and yeah the cats motion made his head blurry, thanks for the tips! Ill shoot him again with a full head hah
