My First D800 Landscape

Well I will give it a slight edge in dynamic range over my a850 and certainly a huge high ISO advantage. The sharpness and detail is about the same but consider I have a Carl Zeiss 24-70mm for my Sony. I mistakenly shot this at 500iso. I didn't have my glasses on when I looked at the top screen....lol
Three shots stitched, two stop grad underexposed and brought up in Lightroom. It's an old habit for me to protect the highlights. The D800 is a complicated beast.

Beautiful pic. The dynamic range performance is my favorite feature of the D800.

I don't know why Nikon doesn't brag it up a wee bit
