Never done one before. Looked up methodology and many confusing scenarios. So I went with what I understand currently and my thoughts were mostly correct. I guess that means I am learning. I think the next shots will be later in the night, maybe a full moon, and then a crescent. I tried f/8 though f/16. The f/11 ones seemed to be the sharpest. D3300, Sigma 150-600mm C. Tripod, remote, live view. No edit other than a crop. Sharpness was set in camera at 7. I am open for suggestions and/or comments.
