My First "Photoshoot"

heres a few shots from my first photoshoot using my Nikon D7000 with 16-85mm VR II
Looking for some constructive criticism. im fairly new to photography

Other than the crop cutting off her arms in the first 2 they look good

Also IMO .. the lighting on number 2 is a little flat ..

Keep shooting!!
 
I don't like the angle you have shot from, shooting downward belittles people, shooting upwards makes them bigger in stature this is something the newspaper photographers do. #1 would have been much better if you were level with her, there is potential for some stunning images with her because she is a natural beauty

I like #3 the best of the 4 posted. #4 is too dark and 1&2 cut off her arms. Keep shooting you can do a lot better with some more knowledge and a natural beauty like her.
 
In my humble opinion (because that's all it is)

#1 and #2 are cropped too tight and key elements are cut.
#3 could have worked so much better if ; Your horizon was horizontal and a little bit lower in the frame and by nature also bringing you more to eye level of your model.
