my first pic post

Hi,
this is my first post im putting up for critique on this site. It is actually me in the shot and i composed it and put it on time delay- i really like this shot-

Any critiques welcome!
*anyone from PT might have already seen this before and maybe some of the other shots ill put up but i just wanted to get sopem different opinions

I really like the composition... but it could use a little more contrast, it seems washed out. other than that... great job

Good job. I especially like the perspective and the dark line of the bench (?) you're sitting on that leads the eye to you. Only thing I don't like is the white stripe on the bottom step -- keep distracting me. Welcome to the Forum.

yep- in another photo i had the same white strip and didnt think it worked- ill leave it there but change the color. I agree about needing more contrast. i usually like very contrasty images but that shot is basically straioght off the camera (other than resizing)
