My first shot with my Canon 40D (no 56k)

I'm new to the forum and photography. Its also my first DSLR or big boy camera at all. I'm open to comments, criticism, and tips. Tell me what you think thanks. I know some are saturated, but i liked the look.

A lot of shots there, pretty nice actually. Some serious incandescant light poisoning in some of them (yellowing)... might want to try to white balance those if you can. Really nice compositions, though.

All are taken at night so it suffers from the lack of speed. Agreed with ^ about the white balance. But whatever it is, still it is good start.

since most all of the pictures are of static objects you can be getting waay better IQ if you use the lowest ISO you can and a tripod. it seems that most of the pics were taken at around iso 800

i like the one at sonic..

im a beginner so i cant really critique anything ,but one thing i did notice was that the first couple of photos looked a lil grainy...

great photos though
