My first star trail photo

57 30 second exposures combined using starstax. There's a small amount of light pollution visible on the horizon but not enough to REALLY bother me, and overall I'm pretty happy with my first attempt. Astrophotography is really intriguing to me and I have so much to learn but it's such a fun experience just going out and being under the stars. We saw 3 shooting stars just in the hour and a half we were out last night.

Thanks! I got another chance to go out, heres my 2nd try at startrails.

I tried some light painting for the foreground with a small camping latern on this one. I'm much happier with this one compared to my 1st, but there is still a lot to work on. My 60D does not do well with high iso's and low light, at all.
