Very cool, nice work!
Damn, just googled it and the D80 doesn't have itWhere is the interval shooting mode on a Nikon D80?
A couple of scenes were only 300 shots and a couple were 600. Basically I rendered them out at 24fps so you can roughly work out how many stills you need per second of footage...will soon add upHey silverpenguin about how many pics on average did one of the shoots take.
Will it work for the T1i?how do you get your camera to count down and take shots like that ? or is it even possible with a Canon Xsi ?
You need the Canon TC-80N3 timer remote. It'll work for the XSi.
Very nice, How close did you set your meeter between shots( it looks really nice and smooth)?Wasn't sure where best to post this?!
Ok so this is my first attempt at doing timelapse (time-lapse, time lapse, seen it spelt all three ways online!) and I'm pleased with how it came out as an experiment in what does and does not work. It's certainly not as easy as I thought it might be, with how to set the camera, looking out for dust spots, working out how the light might change during the fixed exposures and of course the sheer amount of time you have to put in to it. Still, here we go...

Also, link is to my blog where there is more info about shooting the video and a little 'behind the scenes' vid I did for fun.
