I don't really care for the wet/matted down hair. I also would have shot this in portrait orientation (vertical) to include more of his body. With the current comp it makes me feel like the head is just floating in the frame, maybe reshoot and include more neck/shoulders.

He is a cute little boy! I like the wet hair - it makes you wonder what he was up to!! A more vertical composition might have worked better, but some space on the right can be cropped, so it's not a big deal.

It looks like his hair is in focus and his eyes are not but at this small side, it's hard to tell.

If anything is in focus in a straight-on, look at the camera pose, it should be the eyes, imo.
