Very nice! I like the shot and agree with tilting the wheel away from the car to show off the wheel and caliper (let's see those brembos!). I have to disagree with putting the tire toward the camera, tread isn't super aesthetic. I even turn the wheel when shooting from the back, it just looks better IMO...
Only time I leave it straight is for more forward-facing shots, so you can catch the detail and give it an "in-passing" feel:

Only other comment is that I feel the darkening of the background is a little heavy.
