I like the last one. Try working a bit more with your composition. ie. The rule of thirds. when subjects are right in the middle of the frames it tends to be a little boring.

That last one would be awesome in portrait orientation, and centered!

The last one is awesome though you could try a different crop as suggested above. The others are just random pics with not much going for them (unless your puting the car on craislist).
