Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
I use an iMac at home for processing my photos. When I upload them to different sites and look at them in other monitors or even on my iPhone, the colors are not as vivid and vibrant as I see in my iMac. They are desaturated and blah....
What should I do?

Check your colour-space if you are working in adobeRGB chances are the other computers/browsers are not displaying them correctly. For internet display you want to save your photos as sRGB colourspace.

The other element is calibration, if your monitor is not calibrated it might be showing brighter and more contrasty than other machines and thus when you edit you see different results to others. You need external hardware based libation from something like a Spyder calibrator. Once done you have to re-calibrate every few weeks as screens do drift. Note you can't use online "free" calibration options because they rely almost totally upon your own eyes and our vision system is not fixed; it adapts so it can give you misleading results.
