Foreign object? Depending on the age of your perspective it may look very odd. Joking aside, it's simply a film camera and not terribly old either. Being made in the 1990's it's the Cambo SC-2. It has a film format of 4 x 5" and as you can see fully adjustable. Having all those adjustments is technically great but slows the setup to a rock crawl. This is definitely not a neck strap camera, but I have gotten it into a backpack without problems.
