My thread of test shots/edits

I THINK this is within the rules, but I'm going to make one thread going forward and post random photos and edits I've done to showcase what I've done photography-wise.

This was taken in my hometown in 2011 when I was on the road. I was on the passenger's seat. so I wasn't driving. LOL. This was taken on my Droid Incredible 2, which was my phone at the time. The only motivation for taking this was because I loved the scenery that day! It was so beautiful.

One of my first shots I took with my Canon Rebel T6 I purchased about a month ago thanks to unused gift card money and some family assistance. Obviously I need a lot more practice, but I see why DSLR cameras are popular. I didn't realize what I was missing!

My friends had a fit over this photo when I posted this on my social media accounts. They couldn't believe I took it...and in all honesty, neither could I. I wish I focused a bit better at the bottom though, but not bad for someone who has had a DSLR camera for less than two months now. I can only get better going forward.
