My town at night

[Pinus strobus]

It was above freezing after dark tonight, which isnt common, so I thought I would get out and take a few photos. Let me know what you think.

I am having troubles getting a good size of my picture to post here. Either they are really big or this size, which seems kinda small. Anyone have any suggestions on how to post photos at a good size?

I like #2, #4 [would have been better without the car though] and #5.

I like 2&3 a lot, great material for B&W. $ I like, but agree the car is ever so slightly distracting. But, you got to play the cards your delt, right. Nice work.

Thanks for the comments. Yeah that car was bugging me. I waited around for awhile and every other car left except for that one. Next time I will have to go a little later in the night and hope all of the cars are gone.

I like the colors in #4, but it would have been a much better shot without the car, in my opinion. But to each their own. I also like #5, as the foreground is quite sharp and features a fair bit of geometric symmetry. Good stuff.

2 and 5 are great. I like the black sky it really completes the picture. I just wish that the stores in 2 continued further down the street to make it seem as an endless row.

Thanks everyone for the great comments. I want to get out again and take another try at the cinema without the car, but the temp is a high of 2 degrees F today, so it will have to wait until it warms up again.
