My Wife is my #1 Model

Yesterday's drive to Monterey yielded a few decent frames. Here's my wife in her leisure set prepared for a walkabout. I did my standard glamour edit. She's 53.5 years young.

Great shot. The high key works really well with the white outfit. I'm guessing it was foggy as the lighting is so soft. Typical for California coast this time of year.

I can see you married "up"....lovely photo. Always great to have a "house model." And I don't have a problem with it being "blown up"...to get more color in the background you would have had to underexpose her. Short of a couple of portable soft boxes to add fill on her, exposing for your wife was the smart thing to do (both in terms of the quality of your picture and also, just relationship-wise!). Lovely result and thanks for sharing.
