OH, my goodness. That's an easy watermark to get rid of if someone wanted to, plus it is not complimentary to the image and detracts from it IMO. And if someone does use your image, how can you find it? Try Digimark and it is imperceptible, persistent and trackable.
Can't be cropped off, or altered out of the image.
You can use it as a plug in in Photoshop or Paintshop.
