I think it would help if you post the picture directly to the forum rather than the link and maybe provide a little caption.

I think the first picture is okay, nothing special. The second shot seem underexpose a little bit and I don't like the crop on the guy. The third shot is pretty nice but I would like it better if his feet were in there. The last shot doesn't really keep my attention for long. just my 2 cent.
