that's a nice photo.

i'd like to see the stones more because they are more interesting and colorfull and the tree less.

maybe doing the shot in a reversed priority, the stones as the main object and the tree as a background.

I saw this pic was named National Park NJ and that's where I grew up! Is that a shot from the river bank there?

Yep, that shot is from the beached area directly opposite the naval ship yard. I went there one evening to watch the big planes come into Philly International and saw the driftwood and thought it'd make a nice photo.
