Sometimes the wildlife just has to break inside! Small, I believe songthrush (possibly young) that snuck into the bathroom last night. Only snapped a few quick shots before focusing on getting them out of the house.

Provided some great shots though - No.3 is a great, can't be many close up bird in flight shots carried out with a wide angle lens (which I assume you would be using indoors)!

Thanks both!

And this was 70mm with a 24-70mm on a fullframe R6MII. Honestly the AF keeping up was darn impressive considering the dim (for a camera) light and the fact that the Tamron is a decent but not lightning fast lens in focusing. Honestly I could have grabbed the 70-200mm and got closer, that's a tiny bird and all 3 of these are fairly serious crops; but I figure the bird had enough of a heart attack so few quick snaps then coaxing it through an open window.

Great fun for cats!

Thanks :)

Great fun for cats!

shh don't tell the cats (well no cats in our house now but husky is pretty much cat-minded when it comes to hunting feathery things)
