Hi! Just got my first DSLR for Christmas. I have always loved photography and used to take film photography with my Dad and develop it in a dark room. I am JUST learning all of the manual settings. Very open to constructive critisism!

I have a Canon EOS Rebel XS with an 18-55MM lens. I know that I will eventually need better lens' to improve my photography but for now this will have to do for learning on until that money tree grows in my back yard

Also I am using paint.net right now to edit. New to that too.

The photos look nice from what I can see. Make them a bit larger so that we can see the details.

By level do you mean the horizon is off or color/saturation levels?
