Your blur job looks pretty good. I might back off just a bit as it's to the point now where it's starting to look unnatural. I see now what Bitter was saying about how the background quality kind of matched the texture of the frog and you lost that here. Maybe split the difference? It's really up to you, and what you like. It's a good shot either way.
