I love OP/TECH USA Pro Strap. I have multiple of them, including a new one still wrapped. TPH actually used to sell a version back in the day with TPF on it. Back 18 years or so. But the straps are very comfortable even with heavy lenses, but they are large. But has a neoprene padding that makes the difference. They do have other models where the neoprene is not as wide as the pro strap.
Seriously, I'd ask around at the Canon forums about what works for that model.
Unless you're packing huge lens tonnage, a solid wrist strap is another solution.
Hung off a shoulder or around the neck? Creates a pendulum bound to whack into
something solid sometime. It also slows me up getting the camera to eye level before
doing any adjustments. Whatever strap you choose should have one non-skid
surface to keep it on your shoulder.
