Need a new Lightroom gallery - suggestions please

I'm looking for a Lightroom gallery template with the following features:

-Allows branding/contact information
-One-time purchase (not a subscription)
-Allows for thumbnail and large image view
-Displays file names
-Multi-OS & device compatible

I don't mind paying a reasonable price if it works well. I looked at Juicebox, but there terms of use were just plain scary.
