Need advice for first photo shoot this weekend.

hey guys, I have been shooting random things like cars, landscapes etc lately but never have I done a portrait or wedding or anything like that, no gigs.

My wife is 9/mo pregnant and is due in less than 1 week and we are going to a very nice outside landscape area where we got married to do the maternity photos. I wanted any tips and tricks you may have that will help me, poses, lighting, angles, props to bring etc...

I have a T2i with a tripod, 50-250mm zoom lens, 18-55mm kit lens and a 8mm fish eye lens. I would like to use the tripod to get photos of both of us using a timer but mostly photos of just her.
