Which of the following would you go with?

Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM Image Stabilized AutoFocus Wide Angle Telephoto Zoom Lens

or

Canon EF 28-200mm f/3.5-5.6 USM AutoFocus Wide Angle Telephoto Zoom Lens

The first has IS, but is a bit more pricey (obviously). The second has a bit more zoom, but no IS. Both are roughly in the same price range.

Anyone have experience with either or both?

IMO 100% go with the 28-135. If cost is a factor wait and save.

I personally have only used the 28-135 and I liked it a lot. Great walk around lense for the price(probably under 300 you could get). has good weight and build to it as well. The IS will help a lot and to me is the deal breaker.

I like this site a lot for reviews.
