Can others edit my Photos

I'm going to be buying my first camera and the budget is PHP 20,000 - PHP 25,000 (around $400-$500). I can't buy used as my mom will be buying for me. I'll be using it for school, family pictures, travel, basically a general purpose camera. I will also be using it for video as we do video projects in school. I won't be changing the lens.

Here are other things that I am/am not looking for:

- Viewfinder isn't necessary
- 1080p
- I'd prefer it to be small so a mirrorless/point and shoot should be good
- decent battery life
- good out-of-box JPEGs

Thank you to all who will help.

These are what I've come up with that will give you high quality photos.

APS-C Sensor Cameras:

Sony A5000 with 16-50 kit lens - $379
Sony Alpha a5000 Mirrorless Digital Camera ILCE5000L/B B&H Photo

Canon EOS M10 with 15-45 kit lens - $449
Canon EOS M10 Mirrorless Digital Camera with 15-45mm 0584C011

1" Sensor Cameras:

Canon Powershot G9X MKII - $449
Canon G9X Mark II PowerShot Digital Camera (G9X II Black) B&H

Sony Cybershot RX100 - $448
Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 Digital Camera (Black) DSCRX100/B B&H

I'd personally recommend one of the APS-C mirrorless systems above because, you could always buy a lens for it if you get more into photography and wanted a fast prime or something. They will give you great low-light results and good clean 1080p video that you are looking for and fairly decent battery life.

Hope this helps!

OMD EM10 II
none of the mirrorless give you good battery life

...Smart phone
Samsung S6 or newer
iPhone - 7 or newer
Google Pixel
...etc.

Mirrorless will not give you good battery life especially in your price range, you can consider the Nikon D3300, has a good sensor, good camera in your price rage, can shoot 1080P in up to 60fps and external mic jack and the camera isn't too big.

Another option is Sony a6000
