Need Help With Color Issues

Last week LR, PS, and Windows updated, and I've been pulling my hair out ever since. This image looks great in LR, but when I upload it to FB or Flickr, it looks overly desaturated almost washed out, on my monitor, but when I view it on my tablet or phone it matches the LR view. ????? So any opinions on the color on this??

What web browser did you use to view the image on Flickr? It's got to be a profile/color space mix up.

Don't see a saturation problem here, but she's a tad on the blue side.

Viewing on Chrome in computer, tablet and phone. The image was intentionally brought down a little cool to match the surroundings (snowy night)

No real difference in Edge either

So the problem occurs when viewing the image in Chrome on your computer. My first reaction then: I'm going to guess that Chrome is failing to appropriately apply the display profile. The first thing I'd do is run a side-by-side test between Chrome and Firefox.

Saturation on my phone looks neutral overall, the green of the firs natural. The red of the costume is the most saturated, maybe a tad too strong?

MS Edge is a know offender. We already know that Edge fails to correctly process the display profile -- that's MS policy for all their apps. So if Chrome is working exactly like Edge then that's evidence that Chrome may be doing to the same thing.

Edit:

Here's an example. Same image open in PS and MS Edge. The color difference in the Edge version is due to a deliberate decision by MS to not process the display profile. Sorry I can't test Chrome but I don't have it on my system. That image open in Firefox is identical to the PS version.

Strange??? There was also a significant difference in Windows Photos. In LR, I had raised the global slider on shadows pretty high on the image and dropped the saturation. When I went back and decreased the shadows, and moved the saturation to 0, the images match. No clue why?

Windows Photos is a MS app and another known offender. MS apps do not implement correct color management. They fail to correctly process the display profile. I don't know about Chrome and whether or not it can be configured to work correctly or if it fact it does or does not. What you describe sounds like a profiling problem.

Up until last week, there were no issues with Chrome, Edge, or Photo. Something in the last update changed, I had the issue once before about a year ago and I can't remember now what I did to resolve it.
