Need some input on photo

My wife and i went Horseback ridding.....I have a few pics and she wants a B-W for our wall....

I really like the high contrast photo verses the standard B-W

What do you think

The horses blend into the background, and your mountains are radioactive.


Try some selective editing, rather than global.

Some things already been pointed out. For me the first thing I noticed is that the second one just do not work at all! It is greatly overdone. The exaggerated halos are one hint that this just is not nice to look at. If you like it, put it on the wall by all means as it is you who look at it every day - and that makes it only your opinion that counts regarding that. Other than that, I think it would be better to have the black t-shirt in front of the lighter mountain and the lighter shirt in front of the darker parts so that you don't blend too much.
