It's a composite of three pics 1 of her standing still, 2nd a flick to the left and the 3rd a reflected version of the 2nd pic

I see. Is the blur on the hair mainly caused by cloning? That's the part where I was wondering how you did it and it was so symetrical.

Very interesting effect - and now that I see the explanation of how you did it, very clever. The background gives it a very 'antique' effect.
