Bank-owned at the moment and taken care of in classic absentee style. It's an old city neighborhood where I own a vacant lot that I use for planting fruit trees. When I purchased the lot a couple years ago an older woman lived in the house. She left and defaulted the loan. So far 3 years of unpaid taxes -- the city will seize it eventually and add it to the list for teardown but it's a slow process. You can see under the window the white glazed brick. The entire bottom of the building from the foundation up about three feet is glazed brick.
