It's simply a straight forward title.

Edit: As in, one would immediately make pre-conceived judgements of this man based on his appearance.

Ah, I see. I like the light. In that regard it looks good. The tightness of the framing detracts from the overall presentation though. Did you shoot it that right? Or crop it in post?

Now, if this image portrayed him doing something to the contrary, like helping an old lady across the street, or any number of kind gestures, or holding a kitten, or knitting...

Well, a title does influence how you perceive a piece of work... So it's kinda tough not to factor that into the equation. I thought there would be some kind of backstory in the post about things he's done that you wouldn't have expected.

I agree, a sort of juxtaposition might have helped the photo depending on how it was implemented.
