I took this on New Years Eve from a bridge overlooking 42nd street. The Times Sq. Fireworks had just gone off, so that explains the haze. The bus in the lower left was blurry (but not blurry enough to be "artsy"), so I made the picture more glow-y. Oh, and it's slightly crooked, I just haven't gotten around to fixing that yet. :)

Very nice! I like the feel of this one. Looks kinda like a big wave (of something?) is rolling through the streets.

Nice capture.

I can't see the image!

Sorry about that, guys. I have no idea what happened, but I fixed it. :)

Nice play with lights and darkness and the glow adds to this very photo.
Personally, I find quite intriguing how "empty" and "sleepy" the City That Never Sleeps looks in this one. No one is out and about, there is absolutely no hussle and bussle (buzzle?) --- everything is very quiet.

The wave of light might be adding a foreboding, eerie "wave", but that is up to everyone's interpretation.
