new camera and just got back my first pictures

I just ordered the book from amazon and I borrowed my friend's copy till it arrives. I have a pair of Tamaron lenses that I have been trying to set the apeture on and not having much success. When I think I have it and turn on the camera I see fEE in the view finder.....any suggestions on how I can fix this?

AF 70-30AF0mm 1:4-56 LD Tele-Macro(1:2)
AF Aspherical 28-80mm 1:3.5-5.6

I recieved my nikon n80 and those 2 lenses as a gift for xmas from the folks...i'm a college student so pardon all the questions about things I should have read about (don't have a lot of time for free reading with school and work). Thank all of you for the help!!!
