new dslr user needing night sky help

I picked up a canon 70d recently and I was practicing long exposure night shots and when i got home I noticed multiple white lines going across the top of the pic (not the plane) It was a clear night but i can't figure out exactly what the haze is. I'm also new to Lightroom and tried my best to clean it up with no luck.
Any help is appreciated

In LR go to Lens Correction and click on the "remove chromatic aberration" check box and see if that helps.

I think that is what you are referring to. It also looks like you have star trails too, from the long exposure.

Yes try what Ron said and that should fix it. I think your talking about the wavy lines? To have pinpoint stars stay under 25 second exposure. To get more star burst effect on the lights (if you like that) go f9 or higher. Besides that nice shot for just practicing!

If it's the chromatic was the RAW file really dark and did you bring the exposure up in Lightroom? I have seen that wave in the sky when you do that.

You have star trails and a plane.

To eliminate the trails, divide 400.... by the focal length of your lens. E.g. if you zoom out to say 20mm... then 400 ÷ 20 = 20. That result is the maximum number of seconds you should try to expose without creating star trails. If you think about this, then a longer focal length can't expose for nearly as long (e.g. at 50mm you get: 400 ÷ 50 = 8 (seconds)).

You can go longer if the camera is on a "tracking" mount, but then the ground is blurred... so you have to use a technique where you combine a single shot of the foreground with the long exposure image of the sky to create a combined result.
