Ok, so this is the area where I'm supposed to introduce myself...lucky for you all
Anyhow, I'm new to the DSLR world, and I just picked up my NEW Olympus E-500 a few weeks ago...I thought it was a steal at $400 for the two lens kit (14-45, 40-150). I had to choose between that camera or a used D70 for the same price...a tough choice, but I went with the warranty.
Hopefully this forum will help me learn a little more about advanced digital photograpy... f-stops, apertures, DOF, shutter speed...etc.
I'll leave you all with a picture that the wife took with the new camera of our cat (Harley) yawning...
