New Kid In town

[K9Kirk]

I've been in Florida for 5 yrs. now and this is the first one of these I've seen with my own eyes. It's a Roseate Spoonbill.

F/6.3, 1/1250 sec, ISO-250, 600mm and handheld.

Thanks. The pink was the first thing that grabbed my attention. I thought it was a pink Flamingo until I got a better look and saw that bill.

Nice shots. I wish we had some of them around here in East Tennessee.

Tell you what, I'll trade you some for some twisty, hilly roads to ride my motorcycle on.

You should come up here and drive the Dragon. It is World wide famous for motorcycles.
