New Lens!! Anticipation is killing me.

I got a new Sigma 70-200 f2.8 as a gift yesterday, delivery should be next week, the anticipation is killing me. I have read mixed reviews on this lens, anything specific I should look/test for quickly?

Mine arrived yesterday !!! - You can expect it to be bigger and heavier than you can imagine. You can expect the images to be sharper and cleaner that you originally thought, and - you can
count on everyone asking you about it ...... I waffled between the Sigma and the Canon, and I can't imagine paying the extra for the Canon now that I've shot this lens....


You're gonna love it !!!!

I just got the Sigma 50mm 1.4 and loving it. Would like to hear how you like your 70-200 2.8

I received the lens on Tuesday, still have nto had any time to play with it. It is VERY heavy! I will be sure to upload some images when i do.
